As a Sales Support Representative at HilverdaFlorist, you and your colleagues ensure that all our sales orders are processed correctly from A to Z. You are stress-resistant, accurate, service-oriented, and decisive, and a reliable partner for our customers around the world as well as for your colleagues.

Your workday is varied. You enter sales orders for your customers, confirm them, and handle customer inquiries. You also prepare pro forma invoices for prepayments and import permits when applicable.
Most customer contact is via email, but you will also make phone calls.
