As Manager of Sales Support & Logistics, I lead teams that handle administrative tasks for both sales and the organization of transport from start to finish - from when an order is received to its arrival at the customer. Since 1998, I've had various roles, each with its own challenges. This makes the work very varied and keeps it interesting.

32 years ago, I had my interview and started as an assistant in the virus lab. After that, I worked in the propagation lab, and currently, I work as an assistant breeder. I really enjoy the variety and diversity of tasks, from pollination to sowing, to germination, and assessment!

I've been working at HilverdaFlorist for four years as a Marketing & Design Employee. My job is very diverse. One day, I design social media posts or flyers, and the next, I create labels for a trade fair. This variety makes my job really fun; no day is the same.

I’ve been part of HilverdaFlorist since 2017 and I'm responsible for preparing and building the transport carts, looking out that every plant has the perfect amount of space before shipment.
The best part of my work is the challenge of getting everything ready on time. It’s almost like a sport, some days I focus on building the carts while on others I prepare the shipment lists. No day is the same and it feels great knowing I completed my work successfully. Teamwork is a huge part of that. When things get incredibly busy, my colleagues step in and help me out.
My work satisfaction comes from doing my job well. I find what I do genuinely interesting and exciting. In fact, I think I might have the nicest job here! I have my own workspace, and every day brings something different to look forward to.

I’ve been with the company for almost five years, but it honestly feels like the time has flown by.
As the Coordinator for Order Handling and Expedition, I wear many hats. A huge part of my role is taking full ownership of some of our plants, like Dianthus pots and Echinacea, to name a few. I look after them completely, from checking their quality and prepping them, to trimming them and taking beautiful pictures.
Fun fact: I actually do 90% of my work independently, but I’m always just one call away whenever my colleagues need a hand. It’s a role that requires me to be meticulous, open, and highly communicative. Plus, working with such an international team makes the job even more rewarding!
