The Operations teams work together to propagate, sort, and dispatch healthy young plants in top condition. From cultivation and dispatch to the supporting staff, everyone contributes to a smooth and efficient production process.

The staff departments ensure a stable and well-organized operation behind the scenes. From financial administration and HR to IT support and a well-managed company restaurant.
Operations Planning Office
This department ensures precise planning of materials and processes, aligned with changing market demands. Procurement secures the right materials at the right time to keep production running optimally.
Laboratory (quality & technology)
The laboratory plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of our plant material.
Commerce
Commerce focuses on sales, customer relations, and strengthening HilverdaFlorist's global presence. Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and Logistics work closely together to provide outstanding service and successfully promote the product range.
R&D
R&D develops new varieties and conducts research to improve quality, colour, vase life, and resistance. Their work forms the foundation for an innovative and future-focused assortment.
