As Finance Manager at HilverdaFlorist, you play a key role in further professionalizing our financial processes and reporting structure, ensuring greater uniformity and insight within our international organization. You bring structure to data, reports, and month-end closings, ensuring they are timely and reliable, including for our foreign entities. In addition, you manage the Finance team.
You possess substantive knowledge of administrative processes and have experience with various types of tax returns (VAT/Corporate Income Tax/Payroll Tax). You supervise employees in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments, and royalty invoicing; you can delegate while safeguarding long-term objectives. You support the financial administrations of foreign subsidiaries and are strong in analysis, reconciliations, Power BI, and reporting.
You work closely with our business controller, functional manager of our ERP system, and will lead a team of 3 employees. You report to our CFO.
You will work in an international organization with a pleasant working atmosphere in an open, honest, and flat organization. The organization is evolving: the finance foundation is in place, but there is plenty of room to improve and further professionalize processes.
