As an Area Sales Manager, do you want to drive international growth, build sustainable customer relationships and unlock new market opportunities? After approximately one year, you will be successful if you:
• Have a strong understanding of your markets, growth opportunities and key focus areas;
• Independently manage your agenda, priorities and commercial direction;
• Translate opportunities into revenue growth and further market development;
• Have grown into a trusted and knowledgeable partner for customers;
• Collaborate effectively with sales support, marketing and operations.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,450, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• A company car;
• 25.5 days of annual leave (based on a full-time contract);

• Terms and conditions of employment in line with the Glasshouse Horticulture Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Glastuinbouw).
You are entrepreneurial, analytical and action-oriented. You take initiative, learn quickly and are driven to continuously improve. You collaborate with respect, take pride in your results and assume ownership of your markets.
• A higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, preferably in a commercial field;
• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development;
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of work experience, enabling you to operate independently within a reasonable timeframe;
• Excellent command of English; German is considered an advantage;
• Willingness to travel regularly and a valid driving licence.
